Most pharmacies discover their backup is broken on the day they need it. Local USB drives left plugged in, NAS devices encrypted by ransomware, Microsoft 365 deletions silently aged out — these are the failures we see during incident response calls.
WAPIT builds 3-2-1-1-0 backup posture for every pharmacy: three copies of data, on two media, one off-site, one immutable, zero errors on test restores. Then we test it — quarterly, with you watching.

Frequently asked questions
Do you backup Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft's native retention is not a backup. We use a dedicated immutable backup product for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
How long do we keep backups?
Default is 7 years for clinical data and 12 months for general data, but we tailor retention to your legal and clinical obligations.
